We got our sweet Simone from Amos and Oak this summer. They were had been sharing pictures, videos and updates with us since after the puppies were born and our children loved getting those emails. Because we lived half way across the country, we used their option of driving part way to meet them, to take Simone home. This was such a great service! After being home a month now, we are still so pleased with our choice to find our puppy through Amos and Oak. Simone is such relaxed, happy and smart puppy. Thanks again for helping us find the perfect puppy for our family!
We love our sweet puppy Jackson and are so thankful we were able to find Amos and Oak Doodles! They kept us updated on everything with pictures and videos until the date we received him and communication was so easy. They truly care about their animals and the families they go to. We love Lucky! We had been searching for a large, smart, low shed dog for quite a while. When we happened upon Amos and Oak Doodles page, we were excited! We are fortunate to live close so we were able to meet the puppies and the parents before they were ready to come home. Parents are great dogs and great with kids and other animals. The puppies get early exposure to loud noises, kids, and other animals and Lucky has proved to be a calm dog even with parades (including fire trucks!), strangers, traveling, other animals, and storms. He is very attentive and quick to learn commands. Lucky sheds almost none with the exception of brushing him. He does well on a leash and he will run with me. He is a quiet dog and usually whines to be let out rather than barking. Potty training has been easy with very few accidents in the house (most of them in the first couple of days at his new home). Allison and Rodney care for the puppies in their home and are great with communication prior to puppy take home day. They also are really interested in how the pups are doing in their new environments. We have been extremely pleased with our dog and would recommend Amos and Oak Doodles to anyone in search of a great dog!
When I came across Amos and Oak Doodles I was struck by the observations of each puppy made by Allison. Once she described our Koda Bear I had a distinct feeling he belonged here. Subsequent messaging with Allison served to reinforce the puppies were being raised with positive reinforcement and socialization. Our little guy has turned out to be a great guy and a blessing to our old gal - Ramsey - the long haired hot dog.
Before choosing Amos and Oak Doodles, we did a ton of research into different breeders. What stood out to us with Amos and Oak amongst all the rest is how obvious it is that they are totally in love with their dogs and puppies. They clearly put their whole heart into what they do and produce dogs with exceptional temperaments.
From the start Ali was attentive and responsive to our inquiries. She sent us pics and videos of Chip so we got to know him when he was just a little guy. Coming from MA we flew a long way to pick up our boy Chip. The whole process with Ali was easy and supportive.
Chip is such a sweet, loving, playful guy. He adores my kids. We love him so much and couldn’t be happier. In such uncertain times, Chip has proved to be such a source of sweetness, love, and playfulness to us all. I am so glad we went with Amos and Oak.
We were blessed enough to bring home siblings! from the start Amos and Oak kept constant communication from breeding all the way to drop off. They were amazing with working out details of dropping off and everything in between. They are always open to answer any questions. We are so happy to have two healthy gorgeous pups added to our family.
